The only real thing that has changed in real estate over the years is the market. The profession has not progressed, and that's a big reason that so many of us approach selling or buying a home with so much uncertainty. We're not agents that use industry jargon to impress you, or try to overcomplicate the buying and selling process. We prefer hugs to a handshakes and we're going to get to know you, your family and your needs. But when it comes time to get serious, negotiate and advocate for you, we promise you, we will get down to business and we have a reputation for getting it done. Buying or selling a home is quite possibly the biggest transaction you'll make in your lifetime. It deserves more than what this industry has offered for so long. Personal doesn't mean unprofessional. We have confidently negotiated, advised and advocated for every one of our clients and will gladly
do the same for you!
If you'd rather get a root canal than hire a real estate agent, you're in the right place! When we became a Realtors®, we knew we were going to do things differently. People are smart and see through the nonsense that sometimes comes in this business, and no one wants to work with someone who only cares about the signature on the contract. We've both personally built, sold and purchased homes for ourselves and our families, and know how stressful it can be. We've had to relocate, meet new people, and find our way to an unfamiliar grocery store, and we know those are the times you need a friend, not just a business card.
I've been a resident of San Antonio for almost 30 years, which is insane to think about. I saw the Spurs win their first NBA Championship and have survived highway construction on 281, 1604 and IH-35. I've attended the world renowned San Antonio Rodeo, watched the Pearl literally sprout from the ground. I've eaten the BEST breakfast tacos in the country, enjoyed many evenings drinking margaritas and listening to the mariachi's. Rode the river barge during the holidays and devoured chicken on a stick at every Fiesta event offered!
Raised a military brat, I ended up in San Antonio, TX nearly 30 years ago. Following my family's tradition, I also graduated from Texas A&M University, and returned to San Antonio to pursue a career in the Education field. After 19 years of middle school math teaching and high school counseling, I made the decision to continue helping people, but in the world of real estate.
When I'm not helping clients, I'm usually driving one of my three children to and from baseball, dance, or volleyball practice...anything they choose to keep my husband and I busy! I truly value client relationships built upon trust and providing them the absolute best through the buying and selling process.
